Cristina Alves de Freitas

With more than 15 years of professional experience, is mainly dedicated to the commercial, corporate and real estate areas, advising both national and foreign Clients in their business and investments in Portugal.

Founding partner of PAF, has been strengthen her knowledge in universities like Universitá degli Studi di Firenze and Harvard Law School, and throughout her career, has participated in numerous operations such as real estate investments, M&A transactions and corporate restructuring.

Her experience in the legal department of one of the main national industries allowed her to value the knowledge of the Clients’ business, and to acquire a pragmatic vision over the companies and their needs within the management of different matters.

Cristina provides advice both national and multinationals companies, start-ups and family offices, with whom maintains a close relationship of trust, sustaining an involvement with some Clients as an inside counsel.
