Carla Naia has over 25 years of professional experience as a Lawyer, always focusing on labor law. Since her specialization from the Portuguese Bar Association in 2005, she has devoted herself exclusively to this area of practice.
Within this scope, she assists companies from various business sectors by providing legal support in human resources. She also represents companies in court whenever such intervention is deemed necessary.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in numerous companies restructuring processes, work accident lawsuits, and disciplinary procedures in various business areas.
