Has over 25 years of professional experience, especially advising national and foreign companies as well as investors in the areas of corporate law and commercial contracting, M&A, restructuring, real estate and healthcare.
Throughout her career, she participated in numerous M&A transactions and corporate restructuring, advising investments in the most varied business sectors.
She has extensive experience in the health sector, frequently advising leading companies and groups in this matter, having been the Legal Director in Portugal of one of the biggest health players in Europe.
Founding partner of PAF, Mafalda also develops her activity as General Counsel of Sol dal-Condutores Elétricos, SA since 2020, which allows her to maintain a close relationship with the business sector.

Her business experience allows her to have an unique insight of companies and solid knowledge, both from a technical and practical perspective, maintaining a close relationship with the Clients.
